The Ladies’ Exchange is back!
Thursday April 7 at 6:00PM
The Ladies’ Exchange is held downstairs in the church and includes dinner, fellowship and an exchange of your gently used items. This is an opportunity for ladies to bring items that are in good condition, but no longer needed or used by them. You may bring your items to the church at any time during the week that the event is scheduled or the evening of the event, placing your items on tables by category, i.e., kitchenware, clothing, tools, etc. Paper signs indicating the categories of items are taped to the tables and ladies are to place their items in the appropriate place. Please note that you aren’t required to bring items in order to participate in this event.
The primary purpose of the ladies’ exchange is to provide a fun opportunity for women’s fellowship.
Instructions for the event will be available on each table and are read to the ladies at the beginning of the event.
The deaconesses will provide the main course, such as baked potatoes with fixings, as well as beverages, and ladies attending can bring a dessert to share, if they desire. Once the meal is finished, ladies have a chance to select three items. After each woman has selected three items, everyone will be free to select any items that remain. Any additional items are available to anybody who wants them. Items that are left at the conclusion of the event will be donated to a local organization. Please join us for this fun event!
